CitiParks will be hosting their annual Track & Treat event at the Bud Harris Cycling Track (1401 Washington Boulevard) in Highland Park! Children and families are welcome to join Citiparks for this FREE events and wear their Halloween costumes, bring their own bikes or borrow one of theirs! Come say hi to PGH SK8 while you’re gliding around the track! PGH SK8 will be there with stickers, maybe a couple tricks but definitely TREATS!
